Product Description

   Fiberglass reinforced plastic pipes are pipes made of fiberglass reinforced materials and resin matrix, which have many excellent characteristics. The production process generally includes the following steps:
Firstly, immerse the glass fiber in the resin, and through winding, extrusion, or other molding processes, fully combine the glass fiber with the resin to form a pipeline body with a certain strength and shape.
Then, through a curing process, the resin undergoes a chemical reaction at a certain temperature and time to solidify and form, thereby obtaining fiberglass pipes with excellent performance.
Strictly control material quality and process parameters during the production process to ensure stable product quality.
It has excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand the erosion of various corrosive media, making it suitable for fields such as chemical, petroleum, and sewage treatment.
Meanwhile, fiberglass pipes also have good wear resistance and are suitable for conveying materials such as particles and powders.
